i found the location convenient. the subway was a short walk away. many restaurants were also nearby. the room was clean and modern. the staff offered excellent service, always courteous. they were helpful .
the hotel did not provide airport transfer services. i found this quite disappointing. many hotels usually offer these services.

The room was perfect with four single beds, ideal for my group. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Yau Ma Tei MTR station. It is very convenient. The lobby, hallway, and my room were all clean, which I appreciated.
The room key stopped working a couple of times. I needed to reset it.

The location proved convenient because of nearby shops for food.
The room felt quite small, I think. Drawer space did not exist. Changing clothes each day meant I had to move suitcases onto the bed, sort out my clothes, close them, and stand them up again. This further reduced floor space.

This hotel is near the MTR. It was less than two minutes away. The room was spacious and very clean. I was also upgraded upon check-in. I also appreciated the free drinking water at the lobby area. The staff were friendly and helpful too!
The hotel service was not really good given the price. No one assisted with our luggage to our room.

I just wished the hotel provided a better quality of pillow because it was too thin.
