excellent service convenient location
i found the location convenient. the subway was a short walk away. many restaurants were also nearby. the room was clean and modern. the staff offered excellent service, always courteous. they were helpful .
the hotel did not provide airport transfer services. i found this quite disappointing. many hotels usually offer these services.

Fantastic Location and Clean Rooms!

The room was perfect with four single beds, ideal for my group. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the Yau Ma Tei MTR station. It is very convenient. The lobby, hallway, and my room were all clean, which I appreciated.
The room key stopped working a couple of times. I needed to reset it.

Staff communicated in English, I found them very friendly, I appreciated their professionalism. The concierge service added a nice touch, and this helped me with my travel plans.

There are three restaurants inside the hotel, I found this very convenient. The breakfast buffet offers both Western and Chinese cuisine, I thought this was a good variety. I bought the breakfast buffet at the check-in counter for 10 HK$.

The hotel offers free water at the lobby, I was grateful for this. Water dispensers in the main lobby have improved, I noticed this since my last visit. There are separate lifts, including a premier lift.

small room limited space
The location proved convenient because of nearby shops for food.
The room felt quite small, I think. Drawer space did not exist. Changing clothes each day meant I had to move suitcases onto the bed, sort out my clothes, close them, and stand them up again. This further reduced floor space.

This hotel is near the MTR. It was less than two minutes away. The room was spacious and very clean. I was also upgraded upon check-in. I also appreciated the free drinking water at the lobby area. The staff were friendly and helpful too!
The hotel service was not really good given the price. No one assisted with our luggage to our room. There are two separate lifts, but no one explained which lift served the premier rooms.

The hotel has a great location near the MTR station. The provided breakfast buffet included both Western and Chinese cuisine, a creative style. I also noted the hotel offers free water at the lobby. That was very convenient.
I just wished the hotel provided a better quality of pillow because it was too thin.

The hotel has proximity to the subway. It makes travel convenient. An A21 bus from the airport stops two blocks away. The MTR is one block away from the hotel. This made getting around very easy!

The included breakfast had something new each day, and eggs and noodles are cooked to order. You can make your own pancake and toast your bread. There was a good choice of western and Asian food available. That was really charming.

persistent noise inefficient flush
The room i occupied was unfortunately situated adjacent to the elevators. this resulted in persistent noise throughout my stay. the shower head was positioned too low. The water stream barely reached my chest. i also discovered the toilet didn't flush efficiently, requiring multiple attempts..
